APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NW 114 OF SECTION 7-MICHAEL MC CLURG
WHBRFAS, It is proposed to divide land in the NW 114 of
Section 7, and
WHEREAS, This is an extension of Glen Oaks Subdivision
belonging to Mr. Mc Glum, and
WHEREAS, He is proposing to create an additional lot at the
end of Anne's Way Drive, and
WHEREAS, The lot has a 30' drainaRe easement on it and a
temporary cul de sac, and
WHEREAS, The total lot is 3 acres which will provide the
necessary area to construct a dwelling with on-site sanitary
sewer disposal system subject to the proper perc test being
provided.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the certified survey map be
approved and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
division ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
