BPPRQVAL QF FIREWORKS STAND AND SIGN AT GENE'S CLUB DURHAM
S98 W12532 LOOMIS ROAD-TOM HEIN AMENDED
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 20' x 20' tent enclosing
a fireworks stand on the property of Gene's Club Durham at S98
W12532 Loomis Road, and
WHEREAS, The applicant will locate a sign of 8 square feet
in size on the tent, and
WHEREAS, The tent will be used to sell fireworks, and
WHEREAS, The tent will not be located within the road right
of way, and
WHEREAS, The tent will be in operation from June 15 to
July 5, 1990, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9 A.M. to 8:OO
P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 20' x 20' tent with 8 square feet of signage to be located at
S98 W12532 Loomis Road with the following conditcon:
1. That the structure and sign be removed from the above
premises by July 5, 1990

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval does not usurp
the authority of the Common Council in permitting the operation
to be licensed.
