RESOLUTION #P.C. 24-90
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted to place a 15' x 15'
tent to sell fireworks at the Pick 'n Save store at S74 W17005
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This tent will be used as a stand to sell
fireworks, and
WHEREAS, This stand will be in operation from June 10 to
July 10, 1990, and
WHEREAS, There will be a 20' x 8' container to store the
fireworks, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 1O:OO A.M.
until 1O:OO P.M., and
WHEREAS, There will be a hanging sign not to exceed 8
square feet on the tent and a 36" x 36" freestanding sign.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 15' x 15' tent with signage not to exceed 8 square feet, a
20' x 8' container to store the fireworks and a freestanding 36'
x 36' sign at the Pick 'n Save store with the following
conditions:
1. That the tent, container and signs will not be placed
on the right of way or in the visual setback area.

2. That the structure, container and signs be removed from
the above premises by July 10, 1990.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval does not usurp
the authority of the Common Council in permitting the operation
to be licensed.
