APPROVAL TQ REZONE SCHAEFER PROPERTY IN THE
SE 114 of SECTION 8-TERRA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for a development of
the Schaefer property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, The development is to be done under a Planned Unit
Development (P.U.D.), and
WHEREAS, It is a mixed use development that will combine
single and multi-family and a large commercial'area, and
WHEREAS, The property is presently zoned for single family
residential and commercial (B-2) use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend that the project be reviewed by the city planning
consultant, Dr. Mangiamele for a report to be completed prior to
March 6. 1990.
