A??ROVAL OF SKETCH IN THE SW 114 OF SECTION 6
DUANE WHITEHOUSE
WHERMS, It is proposed to divide land in the SW 1/4 of
Section 6 on the Duane Whitehouse property, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned RCE requiring an average width Of
250' and 120,000 square feet in area, and
WHEREAS, This proposed lot has 225' Of frontage and 120,00°
square feet in area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division of land granting the variance in average width and
will be receptive to the certified survey map to finalize the
division subject to a favorable perc test being submitted.
