REDIVISION OF LOT 1 Nw 114 OF SECTION 3
STEFANIAK
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on January
29, 1990 to divide a parcel of land in the W 1/4 of Section 3 of
the Stefaniak property into two lots, and
WHEREAS, This land was rezoned from RSE to R-3 on November
7, 1989, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance, the approval of the City
engineers and a favorable perc test.
