APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SW 114 OF SECTION 9 h Nw 114 SECTION 16
REDIVISION OF PARCEL 3
WILLOW POND-PASCHKE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide land in the SW 1/4 of
Section 9 and NW 1/4 of Section 16 abutting Lions Park Drive on
the property known as Willow Pond, and
WHEREAS, This had been previously divided in P.C. ffl4l-88,
and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to redivide Parcel 3 of
certified survey map #5597.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
this certified survey map to redivide Parcel 3 in the SW 1/4 of
Section 9 and NW 1/4 of Section 16 and recommend approval to the
Common Council subject to the approval of the city engineers.
