WHEREAS, A petition was submitted on January 22, 1990 to
rezone approximately 2 acres in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 from RSA
to RSM to allow for multi-family development, and
WHEREAS, This land abuts Janesville Road on the south and
wetland zoning on the north and is adjacent to RSA zoning on the
east and business to the west, and
WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plan must be
approved by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, This land is serviced by sewer and water.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval of the rezoning of this 2 acre site in the NW
1/4 of Section 10 to the Common Council conditioned that the
building, site and operation plan be approved by the Plan
Commission.
