AMENDED
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on January
19, 1990 to divide a 220' x 415' lot of the Alma Baas property
located in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned RS-2 and not sewered, and
WHEREAS, A double lot size for that zoning district is
necessary, and
WHEREAS, The soil has been tested for an on-site disposal
system, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved in P.C. #123-89.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
a the certified survey map to divide a 91,000 square foot lot in
the NW 1/4 of Section 14 and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required bv Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner is directed to
provide wording to the Planning h Development Department to
clarify the wording "temporary easement" on the certified survey
map to meet the needs of both property owners involved. I
