EXTRATERRITORIAL APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
PARKSIDE HEIGHTS
TOWN OF NORWAY-RALPH h MARY COFFELT
WHEREAS, Or! January 11, 1990 a preliminary plat was
submitted to create a 36 lot subdivision knom as Parkside
Heights is the SE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat has been submitted to Racine
County Planning Department for approval, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plat approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commissior: approve
the preliminary plat for Parkside Heights i? the SE 1/4 of
Section 18, TOG of Norway and recommend approval to the Commo;?
Council for a 36 lot subdivision subject to the submittal of the
application fee.
