RESOLUTION CP-C. 12-90
WHEREAS, In P.C. n9-89 a user fee schedule was adoptsd in
February of 1989, and
YHEREAS, A fee of S10.00 was requirzd in the fse structure
€or such thin,es as Legal Lot Determination and Second Garage
Requests , and
WHEREAS, The amount of admi2istration time and mailinFs
involved exceed that amount for accessory buildings and legal lot
status, and
WHEREAS, The Plannix% h Dzvelopment Dzpartment is
recommending that the fees be increassd to S25.00 to cover these
costs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commissio3
recommend to the Common Council approval of rhe fee increases for
accessory buildings and legal lot status.
