REVIEW AND RENEWAL OF PLAN COHMlSSLO!i PERMISSlON FOR PARKING
OF %EM1 TRACTOR WITH TRAlLER FOR JOHN KRABBENHOFT S83 W20618 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, On July 19, 1983, the Plan Commission granted
permission to park a semi tractor with trailer not to exceed a
three year period, and
WHEREAS, In P.C. 1\1-89 the Plan Commissio2 approved the
parking of the semi tractor with trailer for a one year period to
be rznewed in Jaxuary, 1990.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the continuous parki3g of the semi tractor with trailer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this permissio?7 is grant4
e until January, 1991 at which time it needs to he reviewed.
