APPROVAL TO EXTRACT CLAY IN THE NE 114 OF SECTION 19
DYERJBARRETT PROPERTIES
AUESDED WHBREAAS, It is proposed to extract clay in the NE 114 of
Section 19 on the DyerIBarrett Properties, and
WHEREAS, A conditional use is required, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may list conditions of the
project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that a permit be issued for the
extraction of clay in Section 19 and that the conditions are as
follows:
1-Hours of operation from 7;OO A.M. to 5:OO P.M.-6 days a
a week.
2-A restoration bond and road protection bond in the amount
of $ A?> 0~0,~O .(amount of bonds to be determined by John
Loughley'of the Dept. of Public Works)(* e)
3-Some means of prevention to insure that the pond will not
become a health hazard according to the Waukesha County Health
Department through stagnation.
4-That enough topsoil be left on the side to restore the
disturbed area for vegetation and that the area be seeded by July
1, 1990.

5-Short term or long term erosion controls to be provided.
6-Trucks should use the shortest route to County Highway L.
7-The site to be completely restored by July 1, 1990
