\ APPROVAL TO EXTRACT CLAY IN THE NE 114 OF SECTlON 19 - \ \ DYERIBARRETT PROPERTIES

WHEREAS, It is proposed to extract clay in the NE 1/4 of
Section 19 on the Dyer/Barrett Properties, and \ WHEREAS, A conditional use is required, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may list conditions of the
project., \
\ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that a permit be issued for the
extraction of clay in Section 19 and that the conditions are as
follows~
1-Hours of operation from
2-A restoration bond and road protection bond in the amount e
of $
3-Some means of prevention to insure that the pond will not
become a public nuisance through stagnation.
4-That enough topsoil be left on the side to restore the
disturbed area for vegetation. I
5-Short term or long term erosion controls to be provided.
6-Trucks should use the shortest route to County Highway L.
7-The site to be completely restored by
