WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
finalize a division of the Graves property in the SE 114 of
Section 7, ad
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in P.C. t189-89 in October
of 1989, and
WHEREAS, This is a sewered lot in the RS-1 zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certifiz2 survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the laxd division ordinance and the approval of the city
e3gineers.
