APPROVAL TO AMEND BUILDING. SITE h OPERATION PLAN
UIZA INDUSTRIES-SB3 W18792 GEMINI DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend the building, site and
operation plan to add a 100' x 170' addition to an existing 200'
x 170' building on Lot 10 ix the Muskego Industrial Park by Wiza
Industries, and
WHEREAS, This will be the third addition to the existing
building that was built in 1984, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wiza has acquirsd Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 2
abutti2g this propsrty and it is now being used for parking, and
UHEREAS, 12 April 1988 the Plan Commission eranted
permission to fill the pond, and
WHEREAS, The building will he constructed of 12" insulated
shadow stone block to match the existing tsxture and color of the
existing building, and
WHEREAS, The addition will bs used to expand the existing
business.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the amended buildinp,, sits and operation
plan for Wiza Industries at 583 W18792 Gemini Drive
