12/26/89 to redivide Parcel 3 of certified survey map !I3964
recorded in January 1981 , and
WHEREAS, This land is in the NE 114 of Section 5 and is
zoned 8-2, and
WHEREAS, Both lots meet the requirements of that zoning,
and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in PC 24-89 on March 7,
1989.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve e the final plat to divide Lot 3 into two lots from certified
survey map 113964 subject to approval of the city engineers and
receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of the land division
ordinance.
