NE 114 OF SECTION 16-CARL h CLARE WAUER
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a two parcel
division of the Wauer property at the end of Riese Drive in the
NE 114 of Section 16 was submitted on 12/21/89, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map conforms to the sketch in
P.C. 222-89 approved on 12/5/89.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for the two parcel division of the Wauer
property in the NE 114 of Section 16 and recommend approval to
the Common Council subject to the receipt of all other fees
required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and the
approval of the city engineers.
