TOWN OF WATERFORD-MATTHEW SCHULTTE
W#ER!QI$, A revised preliminary plat of Blue Heron Pointe
located in Section 14 in the Town of Waterford was submitted on
12/5/89, and
WHEREAS, The revisions were the requested changes by the
Racine County Planning and Development Committee, and
WHEREAS, This development should not affect the City of
Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval of the revised
preliminary plat to the Common Council subject to the approval of
the City Engineers.
