SE 114 OF SECTION 29-HAROLD R. DE BACK
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on 12/20/89
by Harold De Back to divide 8.695 acres in the S.E. 114 of
Section 29, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council in Ordinance #672 rezoned the
property from EA to R-1 .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receiving a copy of the perculation test
results and the approval of the city engineers.
