APPROVAL OF SKETCH TO DIVIDE LAND INTO TWO PARCELS NE 114 OF SECTION 16-CARL WAUER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide land into two parcels for
development in the NE 114 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS-2, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 3 has 50,957 square feet including a 40’
drainage easement,and
WHEREAS, Parcel 4 has 38,366 square feet, and
WHEREAS, Both lots conform to the zoning district, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 3 abuts the stream and the certified survey
will show the 100 year flood.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the land division sketch for Carl and Claire Wauer in the NE 1/4
of Section 16 and be receptive to a certified survey map.
