APPROVAL OF FXNAL PLAT FOR WAUBEESEE LAKE PARK ESTATES
NE 114 OF SECTION 18, TOWN OF NORWAY-LIBERTY DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, A final plat was submitted on November 27, 1989 to
finalize a development for the Waubeesee Lake Park Estates in the
NE 114 of Section 18 in the Town of Norway near Waubeesee Lake,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in P.C. #82-89 on May 16, 1989
approved a Preliminary Plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval of the Final Plat for Waubeesee Lake Park
Estates in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Norway for Liberty
Development.
