PCR1989220APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM RS-2 TO RSMIOPD IN THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 220-89
NE 114 OF SECTION 12-JOHN GROH
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego received a petition from John
Groh on November 16, 1989 for a rezoning in the NE 114 of Section
5 from RS-2 to RSMIOPD, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recently reviewed the
building site and have established that eight 8-family buildings
with access to College and three single-family buildings with
access to Hillendale would be permitted, and
WHEREAS, It will be necessary to rezone to RSM/OPD to allow
for mixed development of single family and multi-family homes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone from RS-2 to
RSMIOPD in the NE 1/4 of Section 5 to allow multi-family
residential development.
