WHEREAS, A final plat was submitted on November 6, 1989 to
divide three lots in the Lake Brittany Estates Addition #2, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat had been approved in P.C.
159-89 on August 15, 1989.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Final Plat subject to the approval of the objecting agencies
and the city Engineers and subject to all fees required in
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
