APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SE 114 OF SECTION 5-RALPA FEEST
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on November
20, 1989 to divide land into four parcels in the SE 1/4 of
Section 5, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved in P.C. #74-87 in May of
1987, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-3/0ED and the lots conform
to the zoning district, and
WHEREAS, This land has sewer available.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for a four parcel division in the SE 1/4
of Section 5 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject
to the approval of the City Engineers.
