RESQLUTION #P.C. 217-09
'AL OF FINAL PLAT IN THE SW 114 OF SECTION 12 WEST LAKE ESTATES
WHEREAS, A final plat was submitted on November 15, 1989,
and
WHEREAS, The plat is identical to the preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, All objecting agencies reports have been received
with the exception of the Department of Agriculture, Trade and
Consumer Protection.
WHEREAS, West Lake Drive does not abut a public street.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat and recommends approval to the Common Council
subject to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer
Protection approval and payment of all fees required in Section
10 of the subdivision ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Engineer submit the
legal description so that the road can be referred to the Common
Council and accepted as a dedicated road known as Bluhm Drive.
