RESOLUTION #P.C. 216-89
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place two 2-sided signs at W148
S6871 Durham, and
WHEREAS, The signs will be lit by flood lights directed on
the sign itself, and
WHEREAS, These signs will be placed on a berm 65' back from
the center line of Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, These signs meet the zoning requirements as to the
placement and size.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the signs at W148 S6871 Durham subject to a variance being
0 granted by the Board of Appeals
