FOR THE BLUE HERON POINTE IN THE WESTERLY END OF RIVER BAY DRIVE APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
IN SECTION 14-TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 26 acre parcel in the
westerly end of River Bay Drive in Section 14 in the Town of
Waterford, and
WHEREAS, Racine County Planning h Development must approve
the 18 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This will not affect the drainage or
transportation in the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat and recommend approval to the Common
Counc i 1.
