APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN AT
563 W13131 JANESVILLE ROAD TO ADD ENTRYWAY CICERO BUILDERS
WHEREAS, Plans have been submitted by Cicero Builders to
add a 16' x 17' entryway to an existing building located at S63
W13131 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This building is used as an office building and is
zoned OOS, and
WHEREAS, Such use is permitted in the 00s district subject
to the approval of the building, site and operation plan by the
Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, This is a change in that plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended building plan in this 00s district for S63 W13131
Janesville Road.
