RESOLUTION #P.C. 213-89
SE 114 OF SECTIOB 29-DE BACK
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide approximately 9.5 acres
in the SE 1/4 of Section 29 and rezone from EA to R-1, and
WHEREAS, This conforms to the Comprehensive Plan, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to dedicate 40’ (one-half the
parkway) along the north and east boundaries of this lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
rezoning the 9.5 acres from EA to R-1 in the SE 1/4 of Section 29.
