RESOLUTION bP.C. 211-89
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on October
31. 1989, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 1.34 acre parcel of the
Gertrude Schaefer Estate property in the NE 1/4 of Section 24,
and
WHEREAS, This is part of a 65.7 acre parcel abutting both
Durham Drive and Hwy. 00, and
WHEREAS, This parcel has an existing dwelling, garage and
barn already constructed on it.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
