Nu 114 OF SECTION ?-GLEN OAKS SUBDIVISION-MICHAEL MC CLURG
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 2.84 acre parcel in the
NW 1/4 of Section 7 in the Glen Oaks Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on October 31, 1989, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary and final plat had been approved
in 1987, and
WHEREAS, A new preliminary plat must be submitted or the
preliminary amended, and
WHEREAS, The street has been installed, and
WHEREAS, This lot will conform to the RCE zoning district,
and
WHEREAS, This lot will not abut a public sewer and a
sanitary permit must be issued by Waukesha County.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to an amended or new preliminary
plat for the 2.84 division of the McClurg property in the NW 1/4
of Section 7 in the Glen Oaks Estates Subdivision.
