WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted on 10/3/89 for
approval, and
WHEREAS, A site plan was reviewed as part of the
applicant's rezoning request on August 1, 1989, and
WHEREAS, This land in the NE 1/4 of Section 17 h as r ecentl -Y
been rezoned from RS-2 wetlands to RSM wetlands with OPD overlay
in concept, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat has 15 lots, and
WHEREAS, Fourteen (14) lots will be used for the
development of four-family living units and the remaining lot
will be used for the existing duplex, and
WHEREAS, All the lots will conform to this RSM/OPD zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat and recommend approval to the Common
Council.
