APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR A LOT
IN THE NE 114 OF SECTION 15 ON BAY LN. PL.-MIKE LILACH
WHEREAS, A petition has been received for legal lot status
on a lot in the NE 1/4 of Section 15 on the Bass Bay Lane Place
for Mike Lilach, and
WHEREAS, This lot abuts Bay Lane Place at the end, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to attach the 30' x 41' parcel at
the end of this road to Mr. Lilach's own lot addressed as S73
W16291 Bay Lane Place for use of his driveway, and
WHEREAS, If this lot is given legal lot status it will not
abut a public road, and
WHEREAS, If the 30' x 41' piece of land were to be divided
between both lots, it would increase the lot requesting legal lot
status and provide access through that area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve/disapprove the request for legal lot status for a lot in
the NE 1/4 of Section 15 on Bay Lane Place for Mike Lilach.
