WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 24' x 20' building
on 2.4 acres of land in the NW 1/4 of Section 35 addressed as
S103 W15475 Heinrich Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned agricultural and meets the offset
and setback requirements for that district.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 2nd garage structure for Jay Kurth located at S103 W15475
Heinrich Drive.
