PCR1989204APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM RSE TO R-3 IN THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 204-89
Nw 114 OF SECTION 3-ALOIS STEFANIAK
WHEREAS, The city has received a petition to rezone
property in the NW 1/4 of Section 3 from RSE to R-3, and
WHEREAS, This petition is submitted to enable a one acre
land division, and
WHEREAS, This lot would be compatible to the other lots on
the north side of College Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The land on the south side of College Avenue is
zoned RSE but not in the sewer service area, which will permit
one acre lots when sewer is available, and
WHEREAS, The lot has been tested for a mound system.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the zoning be changed from
RSE to R-3 to permit a one acre division in the Nbl 1/4 of Section
3.
