APPROVAL OF AN a' HIGH x 1501 LONG WOOD FENCE BETWEEN THE
HERITAGE CHURCH PARSONAGE AND THE LINCOLN POINT SHOPPING MALL
C. V. ZILLIG MUSKEG0 INVESTMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 8' high fence between
the Heritage Church parsonage and the Lincoln Point Shopping
Mall, and
WHEREAS, In Section 4.05(D)3 fences in excess of 6' in
height may be permitted closer than the required offset with the
written consent of the adjoining property owner and the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, The adjoining property owners has given written
consent.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 8' high x 150' long wood fence within 5' of the property line
between the Piggly Wiggly Store and the Heritage Church
parsonage.
