PCR1989201APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO SITE PLAN FOR 40' X 60' ADDITION AT
RESOLUTION #P.C. 201-89
S65 W13964 JANESVILLE ROAD-ALLAN MERFERT
WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend the site plan which was
approved in P.C. 147-89 on August 15, 1989, and
WHEREAS, This amendment will now include a 40' x 60'
addition to an existing 40' x 60' building and the removal of
many of the mini-warehouse buildings within 20' of the proposed
addition to provide for recreation vehicles that need a large
area, and
WHEREAS, This will not exceed the floor area ratio.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amendment to the site plan for the 40' x 60' addition to the
existing building for Allan Merfert at S65 W13964 Janesville
Road.
