PCR1989200RESOLUTION #P.C. 200-89 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 29 HAROLD DE BACK AMENDED WHEREAS, A sketch for a 9 1/2 acre division of land was submitted on October 10, 1989 in the SE 1/4 of Section 29 of the De Back property, and WHEREAS, This lot will abut a previously dedicated 40' road off Parker Drive, and WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Plan shows a parkway going from the corner of the parkway to the corner of Kelsey Drive, and WHEREAS, It will be necessary to provide an approved perc test . THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the division of the 9 1/2 acre parcel subject to a favorable perc test and a 40'dedication along the east property line for the continuation of the parkway on the Comprehensive Plan. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the driveway shall be no closer than 10' from the southerly City lot line to provide for the swale which will be replaced when the private driveway is installed and the private driveway entrance will not be part of Mr. Michael Sorkan's driveway at S99 W19109 Parker Drive.
