WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on October 2,
1989 by Julie Campbell for the NE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of
Waterford, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Julie Campbell in the NE 1/4 of
Section 12, Town of Waterford and recommends approval to the
Common Counc i 1.
