APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 7
FRED GRAVES
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a three acre parcel in
the SE 1/4 of Section 7 by Fred Graves, and
WHEREAS, This land has recently been sewered and complies
to the RS-1 zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map
finalizing the 3 acre division.
