WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 12' x 18' 2nd garage
structure at W173 S7826 Westwood Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned RS-3 with 10'-15'offsets, and
WHEREAS, This two car garage complies to its zoning
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure for Richard Graham at W173 S7826
Westwood Drive subject to the existing storage shed being
removed.
