APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKE VIEW HIGHLANDS
SW 114 OF SECTION 5

WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was been submitted on September
5, 1989 for Dawson property in the SW 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, A sketch had been approved in PC#80-89, and
WHEREAS, Two 8 acre lots are being proposed on private
easements, and
WHEREAS, The City Ordinances allow lots to be created on
private easements if they are over 2 acres in size and no future
roads are planned.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 30 lot subdivision and recommend approval to the Common
Counc i 1.
