IN THE %E 114 OF SECTION 2-REINHOLD BAEHRIHG
APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM RS-2 TO RSMfOPD
(LIFE LUTHERANS, ISC. FOR THE ELDERLY)
WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition from
Reinhold Raehring (Life Lutherans, Inc. for the Elderly) to
rezone from RS-2 to RSM/OPD in the SE 1/4 of Section 2 adjoining
the property addressed as S69 W14060 Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS, This request is to enable a 50 unit retirement
development on this vacant property, and
WHEREAS, In PC1186-89 a sketch for 3 lots were approved,
and
WHEREAS, The retirement development is being proposed at
the rear of these lots, and
WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Plan and the Highway Width Map
show a parkway through this area, and
WHEREAS, A segment of this parkway in the W 1/4 of Section
12 had been removed.
THEREFORE BE :T RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend the RSM/OPD zoning with the knowledge that a section of
the parkway will he affected.
