APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a barn tvpe storage
shed measuring 12' x 18', and

WHEREAS, The location of the proposed shed will need a
variance from the Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, This building will be used for residential
storage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 2nd garage structure subject to the Board of Appeals granting
the necessary variances.
