PCR1989191APPROVAL TO REZONE NE 114 OF SECTION 5 FROM RS-2 TO RSMIOPD
RESOLUTION #P.C. 191-89
TO ALLOW MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT-JOHN GROH
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted by John Groh for 12
acres + in the NE 114 of Section 5 from RS-2 to RSMIOPD to allow
multi-family residential development, and
WHEREAS, This land borders on the SW corner of College
Avenue and Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council Public Hearing was held on
August 8, 1989.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to rezone from RS-2 to RSMIOPD
subject to the approval of the building, site and operation plan
for that zoning.
BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there be only single-family
residences on both sides of Hillendale and eight 8-family
buildings constructed in this project.
