RESOLUTION #P.C. 189-89
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on September
25, 1989 to create four lots in the NW 114 of Section 17, Town of
Norway for John Banna, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for John Banna in the NW 114 of Section
17, Town of Norway and recommends approval to the Common Council.
