APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR MEADOW GREEN WEST ADDITION #1 NE 114 OF SECTION 16
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the second phase of the
Meadow Green-West subdivision located in the NE 114 of Section 16
was submitted on August 31, 1989, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat had been approved in P.C.
122-88 on June 21, 1988, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat indicates some of the lots
being in the wetlands, and
WHEREAS, The developer is working with the Corps of
Engineers to drain and fill the wetlands.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat and recommends approval to the Common
Council subject to the developer making all lots buildable, by
eliminating the wetlands and removing the objections of the City
Engineer and all objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a bike path be dedicated to
the city from Scenic Drive to the bike path on the Wisconsin
Electric Power Company right-of-way.
