S104 W18665 KAISER LANE-GARY SANGER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30'x50' second
garage structure (stable) at S104 W18665 Kaiser Lane for Gary
Sanger , and
WHEREAS, This lot exceeds 120,000 square feet and the
proposed building exceeds 240 square feet in area, which may be
permitted with Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, The combined buildings will exceed the 1 % size
requirement by 1,444 square feet, and
WHEREAS, Section 8.01(7)B,2 grants the Plan Commission the
authority to exceed 1% of the lot area in predominately
a undeveloped areas.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure (stable) for Gary Sanger at S104
W18665 Kaiser Lane.
