SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION IN SE 114 OF SECTION 2
A. BAEHRING (LUTHERAN FOR THE ELDERLY, IAC.)
WHEREAS, A petition to rezone certain lands belonging to
Reinhold Baehring in the SE 114 of Section 2 has been received,
and
WHEREAS, Approximately 2.2 acres will be retained by the
petitioner.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and be receptive to a certified survey map creating
the division of land in the SE 1/4 of Section 2.
